Common Topics
Subscription Management
To manage or cancel your HealthApp Pro subscription:
- Open iPhone Settings
- Tap your name at the top → Subscriptions
- Find HealthApp and adjust as needed
Restore Purchase
If you previously subscribed and your Pro features are not showing, open the App and tap "Restore Purchase" inside the upgrade screen.
Data Export
To export your HealthApp data, go to Profile → Export Data. Your data will be saved as a CSV file you can share or save.
Data Deletion
To delete all your locally stored data, go to Profile → Delete My Data. This action cannot be undone. To also delete cloud-stored data (if you have an account), email us at the address above.
Apple Health Integration
To enable or disable Apple Health integration, go to Profile → Connect Apple Health. You can revoke permissions anytime in iPhone Settings → Health → HealthApp.
