Account & Data Deletion
HealthApp by Clifford Corp
Last updated: June 2026
You can delete your HealthApp information at any time. How you do it depends on whether you created an account, since HealthApp can be used fully without one.
Delete data stored on your device
Most of your HealthApp data is stored only on your iPhone. To erase it, open HealthApp and go to Profile → Delete My Data. This permanently removes all locally stored data from your device. This action cannot be undone.
Delete your account and cloud data
If you created an account to sync your data or use social features, some information is stored on our servers (see our Privacy Policy for details). To delete your account and all associated cloud data, email us at cliffordcorporation@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line “Delete my account.”
We will permanently delete your account and synced data. As noted in our Privacy Policy, backups may persist for up to 30 days after deletion, after which they are removed.
If you use HealthApp without an account, no account or cloud data exists, and the on-device step above removes everything.
What gets deleted
- Account credentials (email and password)
- Profile information you chose to save
- Synced health data — habits, workouts, meals, sleep, mood, and journal entries
- Friend connections, challenges, and other social-feature data
